M203 Fragmentary Ammo

“Interceptor” sabot system and
40mm fragmentary round
The base of
the system is the Sabot, made of HDPE plastic for long life span and
reusability. It allows M203 gas grenade systems flexibility in ammo
choices unheard of till now. Including shooting large volume
“Beehives” using popcorn seeds or dried peas/beans or small
water/paint balloons Better for the environment, better for the wallet
The heart of it is the M0508 projectile.
A point detonating, 40mm M203 round, shooting 50 BBs 20+ feet form the
point of impact.
Made light
weight for safety the round comes in
@ 34-36 grams (loaded with .12s), same weight as the Nerf
footballs used for M203 ammo @ many events
